• Connectivity is key for the young millennials and families who will dominate this city.
• With the presence of our township, San Fernando enters a new phase of growth and development as a capital.

MEGAWORLD'S ROLE:
Just like our other townships, we will integrate residential, office, commercial, retail and institutional components in this development following the Megaworld's LIVE-WORK-PLAY lifestyle.
As we see a potential pool of skilled talents for the BPO sector in the province, we are certain to build a cyberpark, bring in our partner locators to the township and generate thousands of jobs for the people of Pampanga.
This new township envisions to expand and revitalize the Pampanga’s provincial capitol district.
TOWNSHIP FEATURES
Features
CASA EMPERADOR
Casa Emperador is a BPO tower, surrounded by neoclassical buildings, featuring a cyberpark, which will provide Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) opportunities in the province and neighboring areas. The offices that will be rising inside the vicinity of Capital Town is proposed to provide 250,00 job opportunities.
CENTRAL SQUARE
Surrounding the Cyber Park is a wide-open space where everybody is welcome to stroll around and have picnics. In front of Casa Emperador is the statue of General Hizon, a local Kapampangan hero who symbolizes empowerment and belongingness – a pride to every Kapampangan. In front of it is Central Square, an open space intended for casual strolls, outdoor lunches, picnics, and the like.
PASUDECO MALL AND MUSEUM
PASUDECO stands as a testament to the resiliency of the Kapampangans. Preserving its glorious past and in honor of this heritage, Capital Town will have a Lifestyle Mall and a dedicated museum that will integrate its historical artifacts through adaptive reuse.
RAINWATER PARK
Found at the heart of the Capital Town is the Rainwater Park, a two-hectare large open space centering the development. As a central feature of the site, it has recreational amenities such as the children’s play area, jogging paths, and bike racks. This park is designed to be the catchment basin during storm water, an open usable space during the dry season. Every single corner is beautifully made for a special purpose.
SHOPHOUSE DISTRICT
Finally, an iconic destination set to become the next tourism hotspot in the City of San Fernando, putting a spotlight on emerging unique businesses in one setting.
Shophouse District at Capital Town will be lined up with low-rise, three-level shophouses, aiming to provide a space to highlight unique local business concepts in one setting, in support of the Kapampangans’ innate entrepreneurial spirit. This is where businesses are encouraged to grow and flourish.
EVENTS TRADE HALL
Since a big amount of export products are coming from Pampanga, there will also be an Events Trade Hall within the Shophouse District where design, lifestyle, arts, and the related can do exhibits in one place. Here, local and international trade shows can be hosted to showcase Kapampangan artistry.
OUTDOOR AMPHITHEATER
An amphitheater will also be available for everyone who wants to showcase his or her talent. From large-scale concerts, local cultural performances, to a place to celebrate the province’s iconic celebrations, this will be the perfect venue for Kapampangan excellence.
